Oil and Gas professional with over 25 years of experience in project management, business unit leadership, department management, and mechanical engineering in the upstream and midstream oil and gas markets. Business unit leadership responsibilities include profit/loss performance, domestic and international project execution and personnel leadership. Specialized knowledge in project management includes team leadership, scope definition, requirements management, risk management, cost estimating/control, organization development, resource management and schedule definition/control.
Extensive industry experience in all phases of project execution, including conceptual, FEED and detail design, fabrication and construction for onshore and offshore developments in a broad array of geographical regions. Planned, directed, supervised, and controlled the execution of all technical, commercial, and administrative functions of both business unit teams and projects. Acted as the Company representative to both client and subcontractors during project execution to effectively manage multiple business stakeholders.
Integrated with business development and marketing personnel to provide technical leadership to sales objectives including the lead role in the preparation of proposals. Negotiated changes to scope for existing contracts to secure additional work and maintain healthy client relationships.
