Highly successful process engineer with progressively responsible technical, supervisory, and mentoring experience in process plant design associated primarily with the Natural Gas Industry.


Mr. De La Rosa has extensive background in all major aspects of process design, project and business development, and project execution with responsibilities as follows: conceptual design and commercial development, process simulation, heat and material balance calculations, detailed engineering and design; PFD and P&ID development; system hydraulic design; equipment sizing; specification, and evaluation; proposal preparation; cost estimation; PHA/HAZOP review; and plant start-up and commissioning.


His specialized knowledge includes: liquid/liquid extraction; compression; gas dehydration; gas treating; bulk acid gas removal; acid gas dehydration and injection; mercury removal; hydrate inhibition; hydrocarbon dew point control; Joule-Thompson expansion; mechanical refrigeration; cryogenic liquids recovery (turbo-expansion); NGL fractionation; condensate stabilization; liquid hydrocarbon, gasoline, and LPG treating and dehydration; NGL and LPG extraction from natural gas, and LNG Liquefaction.
